Always superior service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Anderson's for 28 years. I was disappointed when I came in for my biannual visit yesterday. I got a reminder of my upcoming visit but had to change the date due to a family visit. I had called the office to change the date of my visit. After setting the new date I confirmed that I would have a particular hygienist. The morning of my visit I was surprised to wait beyond ten minutes to be called back. Then I was surprised again when " my hygienist" appeared and called back another patient - not me! I brought to the attention of the front office and I was assured it would not happen again.
