Outstanding customer service

I have confidence that things are done right. Dr. Maggio is very particular and exacting. She also is a good communicator.

I developed a tooth abscess and a significant infection in my cheek while traveling. The pain became severe. Dr. Maggio's office saw me immediately as soon as I returned and promptly referred me to Southlake Endodontics who saw me that afternoon for a root canal and a course of antibiotics. As predicted the antibiotics kicked in in two days and my infection is receding. Thank God for the quality emergency medical I was able to receive from my dentist and their partners.

Dr. Maggio , the assistant, and the hygienist found the tooth that was needing attention. Then she got me an appointment that afternoon to see a specialist. Madonna, the front office coordinator, was also very helpful.

This was my first visit and it was excellent from the time I walked in and filled out the paperwork, had a cleaning and full XRays, to seeing Dr Maggio and setting up a follow up appointment.

Going to get any dental work done, whether it is annual cleaning, all the way up to more invasive procedures that are required for good oral hygiene and dental health, can introduce all sorts of anxiety and stress. That's a given I think for anyone. Well, when you walk into a dental office with minimal or no anxiety or stress I believe you have the Dentist and Staff to thank for that.
